My mom rescued me from Smilin' Pit Bull Rescue on February 28, 2009. I am so happy she did because I went from a foster home with 10 dogs to being an only furchild! She tells me it was by far the best decision she has ever made. I am her first bully breed and I get the looks and comments on being a Pit Bull and I don't know why! I just love people of all sizes and dogs of all sizes! Mom tells me I am sweet, funny, friendly, athletic, and that I am her soul dog. Since my mom has adopted me she has become very involved in my rescue helping other Pit Bulls like me find homes. I even had two foster sisters once, it was a lot of fun! Mom tells me all the time that I am a wonderful ambassador for the breed (Don't tell her but I don't know what that means)! My mom and I have done several dog classes and we recently joined agility with Susan! I love Susan, she takes my picture and always smells like hot dogs, yum! Everywhere my mom goes she takes me with her, I love car rides! I am so happy my mom saw my picture on www.spbr.org and came and picked me up! We have had a great year together! I can't wait to meet some new dog friends!

When I meet people I LOVE to jump on them to say hello! Mom and visitors keep ignoring me when I jump, I don't know why. She tells me I will understand soon.
